We are even looking to fill the forklift and shop helper positions. These are important roles to fill as they help aid in the performance of the shop and the movement of boats in and out of the servicing yard. This position allows for you not only to play a key role in our company but will also give you the opportunity to learn additional skill sets and play bigger and bigger roles in the company as you begin to become apart of the Aaron's Marine Service family and culture. ADDITONAL: After the grace period of "x" months worked we have open discussions and review your role in the company and further training to progress your growth in the industry.
